Description
The Town Board of East Troy voted 2 to 1 on Friday, June 18, 2010 with Town Supervisors Joseph Klarkowski and Clayton Montez voting in favor of appointing the date of the recall election. Chairman John Stoesser abstained. The appointed date of July 27, 2010 fulfills the state requirement that the recall election commence six weeks following certification by the Town Clerk. The Government Accountability Board finds the Town Chairman's appeals to be unsubstantiated.
